Our students are given the opportunity to have mentors in the fall. Though we do not form formal mentoring relationships for each of our students, it is important for us to  have a database of women who are ready and willing to share their experiences with these young women.

This database of wiling participants eliminates students wasting time trying to find a mentor or someone to shadow.
Because our students come fom colleges all around the state of Alabama, we need to have women in our database that live and work throughout the state.
